Miguel Neiva de Oliveira

Miguel is the Managing Associate of CCA's Public Law Practice Area, having started his collaboration with the firm in February 2020 and practicing in Lisbon and Porto. He has developed his activity with particular focus on administrative litigation and public procurement, as well as in various matters of urban and land planning law, and also in the areas of infrastructure (road, port, and railway sectors), environment, and regulated economic activities, such as the energy, health and water and sanitation sectors. Has extensive experience in administrative litigation cases, such as the impugnation of administrative acts, litigation arising from the implementation of EU funds, extra-contractual liability, and pre-contractual litigation of public procurement, as well as in the context of public contracts enforcement.
