Miguel is a Partner at CCA and head of the Public and Administrative Law practice. He joined the firm in February 2020 and practises in both Lisbon and Oporto. In his 20 years of experience, he has provided legal advice to various clients with different profiles and needs.

His field of expertise is essentially public procurement (pre-contractual procedures and performance of administrative contracts), concessions and public works contracts. He also provides specialised legal advice on urban and territorial planning matters, as well as regulatory, energy and environmental issues.

He is well known in the market for his vast experience in handling disputes in the context of administrative litigation on behalf of public and private entities. He has also been involved in a number of matters within the field of space law.
