Rita is CCA's Director of Innovation and Knowledge. Having started her collaboration with the firm in 2005, she has accumulated extensive experience in Corporate Law and Startup Law, closely assisting SMEs and Startups in the various stages of implementation, investment rounds, M&A projects and corporate restructuring, advising clients transversally. Rita is currently responsible for implementing innovation projects at CCA, managing the training plan created by CCA ON, as well as managing and coordinating CCA partnerships, namely partnerships for entrepreneurship. Last, but not least, Rita is responsible for the implementation of CCA's sustainability strategy, also advising clients on their sustainable development.
