With more than 10 years of experience, Vera's practice is focused on Real Estate and Tourism Law, advising on a wide range of real estate investment transactions and project developments, including the purchase and sale of assets of varying scale, the establishment and management of tourism developments, leasing, and urban rehabilitation.
Vera assists national and international clients throughout all stages of the contractual process — from negotiation to execution — and regularly advises on matters relating to the creation of condominium ownership, the establishment of minor real rights, condominium management, and tourism operations.
Drawing on her background in Corporate Law alongside extensive experience in real estate matters, Vera plays a central role in advising and leading transactions involving the acquisition or sale of companies with significant real estate portfolios, combining strong technical expertise with a strategic understanding of the assets involved.
She is recognized for her precision, versatility, and ability to lead multidisciplinary processes, ensuring effective legal solutions that align with clients’ objectives and the specific demands of each project.

Vera joined CCA in 2016 in the Real Estate practice, where she developed her professional career and where she currently serves as a Managing Associate.
She began her career at one of Portugal’s leading law firms and, during her traineeship, moved to another prominent firm, where she consolidated her experience in real estate and corporate matters.
