Accommodation, catering, hospitality, tourist animation, resorts, passenger transport, cultural services, travel agencies, partnerships, temporary contracting, online services, and countless other activities indirectly linked to tourism should be considered. The Tourism and Leisure team supports:

• Structuring and accompanying business in the areas of hotel, local accommodation and tourism in general and tax advice in the structuring of investments;
• Design, preparation and negotiation of the various contractual models necessary for the implementation and operation of tourist enterprises, local accommodation establishments and tourism companies;
• Assistance in the licensing, in obtaining tax benefits to urban rehabilitation, in the application for community funds, in the process of construction, classification, registration and opening;
• Assistance to real estate developers and entities exploring tourist developments and local accommodation in day-to-day management and adaptation to applicable legislation;
• Representation of non-residents in the acquisition of real estate: CCA’s Tourism & Leisure team already accompanied more than 500 Golden Visa and 150 Non-Usual Residents;
• Pre-litigation, litigation and misconduct.
